Use these quick references to resolve the most common public learner questions. Some actions, such as enrolling, viewing progress, and using access codes, require an active sign-in session.
Sign in and accounts
- NMB staff may use the Microsoft sign-in option when it is enabled for their account.
- External learners can use the available social sign-in or email registration options on the login page.
- Use the lost password link on the sign-in page if your email account needs a reset.
Enrolment and access codes
- Browse public courses and programmes before signing in.
- Sign in to enrol, track progress, and use invitation or access codes.
- If you were given a code, open Explore Courses after signing in and use Enrol with access code.
Course playback and progress
- Use a current browser and allow course media to load completely before closing the page.
- Progress updates are linked to your signed-in learner account.
- If a lesson does not resume correctly, return through your dashboard and reopen the course activity.
Verify a certificate
Enter the verification code printed on an NMB Coach certificate, or use the QR code on the certificate PDF when available.
